These 4 N.J. gas stations, auto shops are toxic polluters, state says

New Jersey officials filed four lawsuits and reached one settlement last month in a crack down on businesses allegedly causing toxic pollution in low-income and minority communities.
The legal actions filed by the state Attorney General’s Office and the state Department of Environmental Protection target former and current gas stations and auto shops accused of contaminating neighborhoods that are already overburdened by pollution.
